VIATAL provides fractional HR advisory services to businesses under separate written agreements. Submitting a form on this website does not constitute a service agreement. Services begin only upon execution of a signed engagement letter.

3. Candidate portal

By submitting your profile through our candidate portal, you authorize VIATAL to store your information and use it for the purpose of connecting you with relevant employment opportunities. VIATAL will not submit your profile to any employer without your explicit consent.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and brand assets — is the property of VIATAL Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

VIATAL's liability in connection with these terms or any services provided is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the three months preceding the claim. VIATAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
