2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly through our website forms:

• Candidates: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, work history, CV/resume, location preferences, salary expectations.
• Business inquiries: name, company, email, company size, industry, HR needs.
• Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting only, not stored long-term).

3. How we use your data

Candidate data is used solely for recruitment matching — we will not share your data with any client company without your explicit permission. Business inquiry data is used to respond to your inquiry and to understand your HR needs.

4. Thailand PDPA

This policy is written in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

5. Data retention

Candidate CVs stored in our system are retained for 90 days from submission unless actively used in a recruitment process. Business inquiry data is retained for 12 months.

6. Third-party services

We use Supabase (file storage) and Resend (email delivery). These services are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements with VIATAL.
